We plan and run events in Mumbai: brand launches, hotel and restaurant openings, private celebrations. The venue, the suppliers, the running order and the night itself. If you'd like it filmed, our production team can cover it.
We run events the way we run shoots.
Events have more moving parts than people expect. Venue, permissions, décor, lighting, sound, food, the guest list, timings. And unlike a film, nothing can be fixed in the edit afterwards.
One person from our team owns your event from the first meeting until the last guest leaves. Because we're a production house as well, filming is planned from day one, so the camera crew knows the running order as well as the caterers do.
Venues & logistics
Finding and negotiating the venue, then the permissions, load-in, transport and timings that come with it.
Sourcing & suppliers
Décor, staging, lighting, sound, catering, flowers and performers. We find them, brief them and manage them for you.
On-the-day execution
A producer runs the floor on the night, so problems get sorted before guests notice anything.
Guest experience
Arrivals, seating, hosting and the small touches people remember on the drive home.
Coverage & content
Film and photo coverage from Luminary Productions if you want it, with edits and stills sent over after the event.

What is Luminary Experiences?
The events division of Luminary Productions. We plan and run brand launches, hotel and restaurant openings, private celebrations, premieres and corporate gatherings in Mumbai, from the first meeting through to running the night itself.
Do you manage the whole event, or just parts of it?
Either. We can take on full planning and management, or specific pieces such as venue search, supplier sourcing, on-the-day execution or guest experience.
Can you film and photograph the event too?
Yes. Because we're also a production house, film and photo coverage from Luminary Productions can be planned into the event from the start, with edits and stills delivered afterwards.
Do you handle events outside Mumbai?
We're based in Mumbai. For events elsewhere, tell us the city and dates in your enquiry and we'll let you know what's possible.
How early should we get in touch?
As early as you can. Venue and supplier availability usually decides what's possible, so more notice means more options. Send your date either way and we'll tell you honestly what can be done.
